SNOW DAY SNACK MIX

This wonderfully festive Snow Day Snack Mix is the perfect easy treat all winter long! Both sweet and salty, this holiday snack mix is great for Christmas, movie nights, parties, gifts and so much more!

Ingredients
  • 12 cups popped popcorn
  • 16 oz white candy coating (such as Candiquik)
  • 3 cups miniature pretzels
  • 1 10 oz bag M&M'S
  • ½ cup sprinkles
  • 10 oz miniature marshmallows
Instructions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. Place popped popcorn on top of the parchment paper.
  3. Melt candy coating according to package directions and pour over the top of the popcorn. Use tongs to toss to evenly coat popcorn
  4. Add the pretzels and M&M'S and toss with tongs to coat again.
  5. Add sprinkles and marshmallows and toss again.
  6. Let the snack mix set for 30 minutes before breaking apart and serving.
  7. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
