Roasted Mushrooms with Garlic Paprika Butter Recipe
An easy side or meatless main dish for any mushroom lover! Goes great with most anything including chicken, beef, pork, pasta or rice!
Ingredients
- 1 pound whole white mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon butter
- salt and pepper
- fresh parsley, chopped for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- On a baking sheet, toss mushrooms with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread evenly.
- Roast for 30-35 minutes, stirring a few times until tender and brown.
- In a small saute pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add garlic and paprika and saute until soft, about 3-5 minutes.
- Toss butter mixture with mushrooms, sprinkle with chopped parsley and salt.
